CANCELLATION POLICY — RAPHAEL OLIVER ACADEMY

This cancellation policy is valid from Sep 2022.
If you regret your purchase, you can request a cancellation within 7 days from the date of purchase.
How to request cancellation:
Send an email to contato@raphaeloliver.com.br and to Whatsapp +5563992267491, informing your full name, order number and reason for cancellation. You will receive our contact with the necessary information.
1- In case of cancellation by the student, he must contact 30 days before the event requesting the cancellation of his registration by email:cursos@raphaeloliver.com.br
(The amount will be returned with 30% retention.)
2- If the class is canceled due to government restrictions, the booking fee may apply to another offline class. We recommend that you take out travel insurance as well.
3 – In case of cancellation of the event by the organizers or for reasons of force majeure, the registration fee will be refunded in full to the students.
4 – In the case of purchasing a ticket to attend the event in a certain country, it will not be allowed to transfer it to an event in another location.
